Self-Archiving Policy

Authors publishing in Kertas of Management and Social Science (KMSS) under the gold open access model are encouraged to archive their work in various non-commercial platforms in accordance with the provisions of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

Authors may deposit the following versions of their manuscript:

  • Pre-print (original manuscript before peer review)

  • Post-print (accepted manuscript after peer review)

  • Version of record (final published version)

These versions may be shared on:

  • Personal websites or blogs

  • Institutional repositories

  • Non-commercial subject-based repositories

  • Academic social networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu)

  • Social media platforms

When sharing accepted or published versions, authors must clearly acknowledge that the article has been accepted or published in Kertas of Management and Social Science (KMSS) by KertasSci.

To preserve the integrity of the scholarly record, authors are required to include a link to the official version on the KMSS journal website. The version published on the journal website should be considered the definitive version of record.

Authors are also advised to check with their funding bodies or institutions to ensure compliance with archiving or repository requirements.
