AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Kertas of Management and Social Science (KMSS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by KertasSci, dedicated to the dissemination of original research across all areas of management and the social sciences. The journal aims to advance knowledge through empirical investigations, theoretical contributions, and interdisciplinary approaches that address contemporary social, economic, organizational, and policy challenges.
