Author Archiving Policy

Authors publishing in Kertas of Intelligent Internet Science (KIIS) under the gold open access model are encouraged to archive their work across various non-commercial platforms, in accordance with the provisions of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

Authors may deposit and share the following versions of their manuscript:

  • Pre-print (original manuscript before peer review)

  • Post-print (accepted version after peer review)

  • Version of record (final published version)

These versions may be archived on:

  • Personal websites or blogs

  • Institutional repositories

  • Non-commercial subject-based repositories

  • Academic social networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu)

  • Social media platforms

When sharing accepted or published versions, authors must clearly indicate that the article has been accepted or published in Kertas of Intelligent Internet Science (KIIS) by KertasSci.

To maintain the integrity of the scholarly record, authors are required to include a direct link to the official version on the KIIS journal website. The version published on the journal website shall be considered the definitive version of record.

Authors are also encouraged to consult their funders' or institutions' open access and archiving policies to ensure full compliance with repository or public access requirements.
