Aims & Scope

Kertas of Health and Environmental Science (KHES) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by KertasSci, dedicated to the dissemination of original research across the broad fields of health and environmental sciences. The journal aims to advance scientific knowledge through empirical investigations, theoretical contributions, clinical and population-based studies, and interdisciplinary approaches that address contemporary challenges affecting human health, environmental quality, and the interactions between people and their environments.

KHES aspires to serve as a bridge between scientific research, healthcare practice, environmental management, and public policy by fostering scholarly exchange among researchers, healthcare professionals, environmental scientists, practitioners, policymakers, and other stakeholders worldwide. The journal is committed to publishing high-quality, innovative, and evidence-based studies that contribute to improved health outcomes, environmental sustainability, disease prevention, public health practice, and a deeper understanding of the relationships between environmental factors and human well-being.

All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, and the journal is published in English to ensure broad international reach and engagement.
